SINGLE FAMILY EXPANSION +
MULTI UNIT ADU DEVELOPMENT

Situated on a residential lot in Inglewood, this project reimagines an existing 1,118 sq. ft. two bedroom, one bathroom residence into a more functional and flexible multi unit residential configuration. The primary residence is proposed to be expanded and reconfigured into a three bedroom, two bathroom home designed to improve livability, create a more open and cohesive layout, and strengthen the connection between indoor and outdoor space.

To maximize site utilization and increase residential flexibility, the concept introduces three additional accessory dwelling units through a layered infill strategy consisting of one attached front ADU and two detached rear ADUs. Rather than treating each structure as an independent addition, the project is envisioned as a cohesive residential composition with consistent architectural language, proportional balance, and intentional separation of private outdoor areas.

ABOUT THIS PROJECT

Located in Inglewood within one of Southern California’s most rapidly evolving residential markets, this project reflects BELLEVRA Group’s approach to incremental density through strategic residential expansion rather than ground up redevelopment. The development strategy focuses on preserving and enhancing existing residential infrastructure while introducing additional housing opportunities in a manner intended to remain compatible with neighborhood scale. Particular emphasis was placed on outdoor living, privacy, and creating a residential experience that feels larger and more cohesive than the underlying footprint.
